What did I actually do?

I oversaw the safe operation of the theatre for internal and external rental groups. Some groups did their load in and load out on the same day while others had two-week residencies.

I hired and scheduled all the technicians and board operators.

I provided technical support and advice to rental groups in the areas of lighting, sound, projection, rigging, and scenic design.

I trained all ushers and house managers of external groups in Hamline University's safety protocols.

Rigged everything groups needed in the air, including 50 tree saplings, two windows, and a light ball.

Hung, focused and cabled additional light instruments when requested by rental groups

I coordinated all load in's and load out's, including the creation of the strike to-do list.

This is a cheat sheet I created for the safety speech given to all rental groups. This document will be used by all future FM's.

This is the document I made to go over with ushers and house managers during our brief training session.

This is a technical rider I created for a residency when they wanted to use our scene shop and the Technical Director was not able to come on site.

When the scene shop was used by an outside rental group and I did not know the construction crew, I used this document to sign them in.

This is the document I created for the technicians and board operators to log their hours. This was given to the Production Manager for billing purposes. **All names have been changed.**
